Welcome!
Let me introduce myself...

I am Millie. An Experience Designer with a strong background in Health and Nutrition. Working previously as a Nutritionist gave me tons of transferable skills to my tool belt such as User Interviews, Problem solving and Human-centred design approach.

In 2022 I decided to change my life completely by taking the next step into my career change. I joined the UX Design Bootcamp at General Assembly to improve my skills as a new Designer, and also to be able to practise everything I’ve learned in the past 2 years through books and other online courses.

I love contributing to the end-to-end design process, from Research all the way to Deliver the best solution for all.

Facts about me
  • • I am a “Fur-Mum”, and my oldest turnet 20 in March (can you believe it?);
  • • I used to be part of an NGO pet rescue in my Brazil, and I couldn’t stop thinking about helping them so, I decided to join Collar Us Rescue in 2020 as a “Foster mum”, and I ended up adopting both of my foster’s cats, Oreo and Willow;
  • • I love camping, it is something that helps me calm down, enjoy the nature and medidate;
  • • I am always looking for a new challenge both personal and professional. That's why I decided to start kickboxing this year and I couldn't be happier;
  • • Last but not least, I love helping people. It is something that makes me feel grateful!
Things I love the most...

Thanks for stopping by.

“Good designers never start by trying to solve the problem given to them: they start by trying to understand what the real issues are.
